Spent the weekend doing random things. First was the Peach Days parade. My niece and nephew were both in it this year with the marching band and school play so I had to go. It was actually pretty fun. I got a bunch of cucumbers and peaches from my mom. I’m really thankful to live in a place where I can get so much fresh garden produce, either from family or the orchards and farms nearby and a nice farmer’s market.
Went for a walk yesterday on my
favorite trail. It’s quick and super easy but also is so pretty to walk through
the trees. It was still a little warm but the weather is definitely cooling
down. I was able to open my window a bit last night and could sleep under my
blankets. It was nice and cozy. I love this time of year.
